Blaster Game Magazine launches Dark Ages of Annwn on Kickstarter September 16, 2025.

August 4, 2025Blaster Game Magazine from Electi Studio, the award-winning publisher known for curating innovative indie miniature games, is returning to Kickstarter on September 16th with its latest volume. Blaster Vol. 08: Dark Ages of Annwn is a brutal, narrative skirmish game where villages fight dark forces and each other for survival. Set in an alternative Dark Age Wales after the Empire has fallen. Spiritual forces from the realm of Annwn invade the world, bringing spiritual powers, dark and fantastic, back into the land.

From the creator of Forbidden Psalm, Dark Ages of Annwn puts players in the role of desperate villagers who must face both the ravages of nature and ancient Celtic horrors in a fight for survival. It's a dark, story-driven tabletop experience with a strong emphasis on narrative, seasonal mechanics, and moral choices.

Blaster’s Kickstarter campaign will also offer access to previous issues of Blaster, giving backers access to four complete, standalone indie miniature games—each curated and produced to Blaster’s high standards.

We’re including four full skirmish games* in this Kickstarter:
